The mission of Project Annie is to promote stable families and improve the lives of all members of the community, through education, good nutrition, self-esteem, drug prevention, pregnancy prevention, and to assist people in becoming self-sufficient, contributing members of society.

Offers food, clothing, and other services, targeted primarily towards Frenchtown residents. Maintains a food pantry available for anyone, having bread, vegetables, and bakery goods. At the same event, bags of grocery food are also offeredfor senior citizens.


Thursday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free lunches are served on the first, second, and third Saturdays of each month, from 11:00 to 2:00.

On Thanksgiving and Christmas, free meals are served to anyone who comes.


Non-food programs include an academic assistance center, a life skills training program, and plans for a child care center. For more information, visit

Volunteer Opportunities:

Project Annie needs volunteers to help clean up the building once a year, and to assist in serving the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Due to budget cuts in recent years, donations are particularly helpful.
