Our mission is to provide temporary emergency shelter and housing-focused services, with the goal of making homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring. In service to this mission, we are committed to providing a safe environment that promotes dignity and respect.

Upon registering as a client of the Kearney Center, meals are offered seven days a week at the following times:
Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 8:15 am; 11:30 am - 12:30 pm; 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10:30 am -11:30 am; 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Various support services are available on-site via partnering social service providers. Daytime services include laundry, showers, access to telephones and computers, access to case management, and counseling from partnering agency representatives.
Monday – Friday: 8:30 am - 11:30 am; 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Emergency Temporary Shelter is provided daily, and has an 8:00 p.m. check-in time.
Medical services are provided by the Kearney Center nursing staff for clients to receive medical and medication assistance nightly from 5:30 pm - 8:45 pm
Volunteer work is available for those above the age of 18 who have completed a background check. Volunteer responsibilities are dependent on client needs and availability, and include preparing/serving meals in the kitchen, assisting staff at reception, welcome desk, or lobby services desk, and working in the dormitory wings. All volunteering except kitchen work require a half-hour volunteer orientation, offered every Tuesday at 11:00 am and Wednesday at 3:00 pm.
